Sat from Prime Property Group helped me sell my new construction house! The market was a lot slower this year but Sat was patient and persistent and always kept me in the loop. I was lucky enough to work with Sat and his team to purchase my first home. Sat took the time to understand what I was looking for and how little knowledge I had when it came to real estate. This review is long overdue. We started working with Sat in early 2022 at the peak of the market to relocate out of the lower mainland. During this time the prices started to plummet as interest rates started to rise. Putting so much additional stress on an already stressful situation. We ended up pulling off the market so we could re-evaluate.

During these months we got to know Sat and his team and considering I work in the real estate industry I was impressed which is not an easy feat.
We ended up re-listing with Sat earlier this year and had new challenges to face with an ever-changing market, he was not only able to sell our place he was able to negotiate top $$$ for the current market conditions. He understood our concerns as inventory was very low and nothing really on the market that made the move worth it for us.

He was able to adapt to the changing market keeping the buyer of our sale on the line and sent his team out to knock on houses in the neighbourhoods we were interested in, looked at past listings that expired which resulted in the home we purchased.

Sat experienced all kinds of stressful situations with us, honestly crazy situations out of our control and no matter what was thrown at him his honesty, integrity and dedication to us were never questioned.

He always made the kids feel like they were part of the process and engaged with them during viewings.

Sat always had our back and supported us through one of the craziest markets. His ability to remain calm under pressure is truly admirable and one of my favourite qualities of his. He is truly a top-rate negotiator and we couldn't have been in better hands.
