This review is long overdue. We started working with Sat in early 2022 at the peak of the market to relocate out of the lower mainland. During this time the prices started to plummet as interest rates started to rise. Putting so much additional stress on an already stressful situation. We ended up pulling off the market so we could re-evaluate.During these months we got to know Sat and his team and considering I work in the real estate industry I was impressed which is not an easy feat.We ended up re-listing with Sat earlier this year and had new challenges to face with an ever-changing market, he was not only able to sell our place he was able to negotiate top $$$ for the current market conditions.
