I am a first time home buyer and I was a little scared about making the move but Kieran was amazing and guided us through every step of the process. He made time to show us properties amongst his busy schedule. He accompanied my daughter in court at the foreclosure proceedings. She was scared and nervous but Kieran was incredibly comforting and supportive. He always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we understood different options and why. I HIGHLY recommend Kieran to anyone looking for a realtor who really cares and goes above and beyond...I would give him more stars if I could!

Sat was accommodating of our tight schedule for weekend viewings, as we were travelling from Victoria, which made the process much easier. We felt confident in his negotiating abilities and appreciated his knowledge of construction quality and the history of newer developments in the area. He also had a good working rapport with listing agents, which helped keep things professional and efficient.
The tools Sat used, including his listings website, worked well and made it easy to stay organized and informed. Throughout the process he was consistently professional, but also approachable and easy to work with.
